I don't know where else to leave a comment - I guess I could email you, but it only seems appropriate that since you left a comment on my blog, I should reciprocate.
I buy my own pierogies, that's as good as making them right? They are so delicious (Mrs. T's is the best)
As for squash - I prefer it just lightly steamed. I cut it in circles, then steam them for a few minutes (not too long or it gets mushy). Then I serve it with butter and salt. Mmmmmm . . . heavenly. That's really the only way I eat it - although I am sure there are recipes out there with it in it. You might just wanna cut it up and add it to spaghetti sauce if you get desperate.
