This is one of my all-time favorite songs. This isn't a great video, but the song is fantastic so all is well. I tend to listen to the song without watching the video (one of these days I'll get an iPod like a normal person). Anyway, I found this article that tells more about the song. Somehow, it makes me happy to know this really happened. It's so touching.

Sometimes when I hear songs like that I think they are silly because anyone can make up a good story. :) But then when I discover how much truth is behind them, it totally changes my perspective.
Looks like I've learned another lesson on judging, eh? :)
I had to go read the article and then, just like Anna said, the whole thing came to life. Now I'm sitting here wondering what it would be like to run into an old boyfriend. . . I think I would just sit and brag about how great my husband is. :)
