Recipe: Wild Rice and Turkey Casserole

Thanks to Kathy for this delicious recipe!

2 cups cut up turkey or chicken
1 package seasoned long grain wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups boiling water

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a 2 qt casserole (or 9x13 pan). Cover tightly and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Yummy!
