Chris really wanted a skateboard, so we got him one. Everyone was predicting more stitches, but no injuries so far! (Knock on wood.)
Five years old. Wow.It was the busiest hour and a half of my life! LOL. Just kidding. It was fun.
Still to come, a blog about my California trip. If I get it up before Christmas, I'll consider that a success! :)

And what a pretty "girlfriend."(: That picture made me laugh, because just a couple of days ago Smith told me a girl asked him if she could be his girlfriend and he said no. Then he asked me what a girlfriend was. That was lots of fun to try to explain to a 5 year old.
Happy belated b-day to Chris! it looks like it was a GREAT birthday party! I gotta tell you- I miss your almost daily bloggings. Its just not the same without you.
